27-3/8" round blued barrel, chambered for 3" shells. Left side of barrel near the breech is marked: Pardner Model 12 GA. 3" Mod. The Left side of the receiver is marked: New England Firearms Manufactured In Gardner, MA, U.S.A. U.S. Pat. No. 3988848 Ser. No. NR364908. Color case hardened receiver, hammer and trigger. Black plastic trigger guard and buttplate. Hardwood buttstock and forearm. 43" overall length. Bore is very good plus with a bit of wear near the breech. The bluing on the barrel is fairly decent with only a few minor nicks to the finish and some very light surface rust on the top of the breech and along the right side of the barrel. The case hardening colors are about 95% or better, due to some light surface rust at the rear of the receiver adjacent to the buttstock. The finish on the buttstock and forearm is 100% remaining, with some light scratches and dings on both. No cracks or chips. The breakdown action is tight and crisp. The hammer/trigger action is tight and crisp. The breakdown mechanism is a thumb latch on the immediate right side of the hammer.
